Sebastian – our ‘El Capitan’ has set the course of the Tradeo GmbH since its foundation in 2010. His high level of motivation and his passion for this business have since helped the company flourish. As business owner and managing director, he is, of course, responsible for everything and everyone in the Tradeo universe..

Ludwig has various jobs: For one thing, he greets all visitors and employees and he informs us about deliveries and collections as soon as the doorbell rings. In addition, he uses his excellent sense of smell to make sure all meals are of the best quality and he never gets tired of offering his services as a professional meal taster. He is modest enough to accept a pat on the back from his fans in the different departments as a sufficient reward for his good work – and he won’t say no to some treats. At least long as our boss is okay with it, since Ludwig’s weight has a bit of an upwards tendency :-)

Alexander, the charming Matthias Schweighöfer lookalike, enchants in sales and customer service with his friendly smile and humorous manner. His talent for enthusiasm and customer loyalty is just as unique as his impressive resemblance to the famous actor.

As an old hardware hobbyist, Lukas is exactly the right person to advise our customers in the best possible way. But also the processing of returns, maintenance contracts or warranty extensions are his daily bread. On the side, he happily chats with our customers. A real all-rounder this man!

Our hobby boxer Michael helps in our Sales and Support Team to work through the individual requests of our customers quickly and efficiently. Ring free and gum shield in here comes our Michael.

Leonard is passionate about customer service. He welcomes every challenge, both on the job and as a DIY fan when building his own house. And being the cheerful colleague that he is, it's impossible to imagine work without him!

André actively supports our guys in the Sales and Support Team with article maintenance and customer support. With the pace at which our customers shop, there is always plenty to do here!

Daniele is not only a competent contact person for our customer support, but also a great support for our sales team. He is also able to advise and look after our Italian customers in the best possible way.

Thomas is our man for marketing. Precise texts are his thing. He fishes for the best formulations for us, and at the weekend he sets his bait for pike and zander.

Our Michael not only takes aim at us, but also at everything we have to offer in terms of products. He puts nothing in the shade and shows everything from the best side!

Susann manages our logistics department with great accuracy. Wherever she appears, she is "present" and spreads good humour to everyone with her fresh manner. Her experience in the warehouse makes her a real jack-of-all-trades.

Patrick is our "server whisperer"! He not only knows what our servers want, but they also feel "in good hands" with him, which is definitely due to his iron training. 

Erich keeps a sharp eye on our servers! He is our specialist for security. Due to his great experience, our servers are thus in good hands and are safely picked, safely rebuilt and safely packed, that's for sure!

Julian strengthens our technology team with his "know how". Above all, as a passionate beekeeper, nothing can upset him, even if it is sometimes like being in a beehive!

Theo is passionate about his work, he disassembles and configures every server in no time. He demonstrates his dexterity and confidence just as he does on his drums at home. And best of all: he appreciates our used servers just as much as his love of classic cars.

Our Hildegard, as assistant to the management, is an indispensable support for Sebastian. She is an organizational talent, never shies away from a new task or a new topic, and even gets the web store back in order when a setting in the machine room is stuck. No matter what is going on, Hildegard gets stuck in!

Mehmed is a real all-rounder. With his know-how, he could serve several departments at the same time in addition to accounting. Top-motivated as he is, he would even manage that.

Our Michaela knows the ropes! The ropes being her numbers! She and Julia are responsible for everything that has to do with accounting. Outgoing and incoming payments alike – these two have everything under control!

Julia loves crocheting and organising her stitches into perfect patterns. She is just as meticulous when it comes to all the receipts. Together with Michaela, she masters our bookkeeping.

Any uncertainties? Then Manfred!! Do you need help? Then Manfred! He leads the warehouse team with great precision and expertise and is also happy to take care of all matters beyond that. His everlasting helpfulness and cordial manner make him so popular not only in his department.

When the correct things, the right quantity, at the right time and with the right handle come together everywhere, there are two possibilities: Either Taner is in the warehouse and takes care of our goods there, or he whips up something in his kitchen to take back to the office the next day and make a posting to our hip inventory. In both cases, it's a win-win for everyone!

Sandra is a firefighter. She is also passionate about her work with us and always keeps a cool head when things get crazy in the warehouse. She always sprays good humour. 

With Nico, our warehouse now not only has a skateboard expert, but also a master at rolling fast through the stock! We're looking forward to working with him and maybe learning a few new moves for picking and packing!

Stefan heads our technology department. As skillfully as he "leads" hops at home, he also manages it with his colleagues, so that everyone goes above and beyond.

Hardware shell, software core! Steffen is a real machine when it comes to building, repairing and software configuration of the servers! Our all-round talent also has an eye for optimization when he's not on his motorcycle!

Anna professionally dismantles old servers, sorts out parts that are still usable and disposes of the rest professionally. She juggles the screwdriver just as confidently as she used to juggle her drumsticks. Since she started playing on the handpan, our servers also get their caresses.

Our Carmine has become an integral part of our technical team after only a short time. Privately an artist through and through, be it as an actor or guitarist, he can skilfully adapt to any technology and looks forward to any challenge. Hats off!

Christian comes to work with his beloved Ape. He is our young blood in the technology team, yet an expert in server technology. He keeps an eye on everything to make sure it works as well as he does on his aquaristics at home.

Hans is our facility manager. He takes care of all the manual issues around the company premises. Whether the greenery needs to be trimmed or a new light bulb is needed - our Hans is on the spot!
