How do we handle the acquisition procedure?

The process is very simple. You send us all the necessary information about your systems or complete configuration lists and data sheets using the acquisition form. If, for example, existing hard drives have not yet been erased, we can also offer certified data erasure on an individual basis. The more details you provide in advance, the better we can assess your equipment.

You will then receive a purchase offer, which is usually free of charge and not associated with any fees. If you accept the offer, you have two options for transport. You can send the equipment to us, or we can arrange for our forwarding agent to collect the packaged and ready for shipment goods.

When we receive the shipment, our staff will carry out a technical inspection of the equipment. Depending on the number of items and the condition of the goods, it usually only takes a few working days for payment to be made.
