Current delays with server orders
Dear Customers,
Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, there are currently significantly longer processing times for server orders. At present, the time until processing begins is over seven days, which is well above our usual standard.
Normally, server orders are processed and dispatched on the same day. The fact that we are currently unable to meet this standard is not in line with our expectations. I sincerely apologise for this.
A key reason for the current situation is the very high overall demand in the market. Due to the shortages in RAM and hard drives over the past few weeks and months, orders have been concentrated more heavily with us – particularly given that we have been able to deliver consistently, which is both an advantage and a challenge. This is currently placing an additional strain on our logistics. We have already increased our staffing levels and are receiving support from other departments, but it will take some time for these measures to take full effect.
Transparency regarding the current state of processing:
• You can check the status of your order at any time in your customer account.
• Status 5 / 5.1 (‘Ready for dispatch’)
→ The order has been prepared and is awaiting processing.
• Status 6 or higher
→ Physical processing has begun (picking, assembly, testing, packaging).
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate dispatch confirmation by email.
In addition, we publish the current estimated processing lead time daily in our online shop (information bar). This figure is primarily intended as a guide for new orders and is based on experience from previous days as well as current order volumes.
Our aim remains to deliver all orders as quickly as possible to our usual high standard and to reduce processing times back to our usual levels. I am very sorry that we are currently unable to achieve this under the current circumstances.
