A Hardware Care Pack is the ideal addition to your statutory warranty. It is an optional service contract with a pre-defined duration and specific services to provide professional support in the event of hardware failure to minimise costly downtime.

In our online shop, we offer different Hardware Care Packs for many server models, with varying service levels. With durations from one to five years, you can choose how long you want to protect your systems with the respective service option. A one-off payment gives you the benefits of the package for the entire period at no extra cost.

Note: All Hardware Care Packs are only available in combination with a server offered by us. If you would like to protect your existing systems, please contact us for a customised quote.

Overview of available Hardware Care Packs

By standard, a purchased Hardware Care Pack is automatically activated three days after delivery. If you require a different start date, for example if the server is going to be brought into service after a delay due to infrastructure work, you can let us know when you place your order.
