Payment Information
Easy and convenient payment via wired bank transfer! As soon as the money arrives on our account we will immediately dispatch your goods. The run time a wired bank transfer needs from account to account is only one workday only within Germany and within the whole European Union (thanks to EU-regulations effective since 1.1.2012)
Paypal is safe, fast and very user-friendly. You only need a Paypal account, your emailaddress and the corresponding password. When paying by paypal we are able to dispatch your order immediately, mostly the same day. Please note that if you want your goods to be sent to an alternative shipping address, make sure to enter them whilst payment.
With "Sofortüberweisung.de" you can easily make a wired bank transfer within your familiar online-banking frontend. You only need your login, PIN and TAN. We will then get a confirmation that your payment has been successfully processed, allowing us to ship your items immediately after payment.
If you prefer paying by credit card you can securely do this since all of your data is only transmitted SSL-encrypted. Of course we also don't store your credit card information. When paying with credit card via our payment service provider "Mollie" we can dispatch your order immediately after your payment.
We also accept the cryptocurrency Bitcoin! As there are no third parties involved it's fast and has low fees. Just select Bitcoin at our checkout and you will be redirected to our Partner Coingate. After the a few confirmations from the network, your order will be dispatched right away. Let us know if you want to pay with other altcoins, we'd be happy to add them!
Amazon Pay is a service that Amazon customers can also use with us without having to disclose payment information. Complete the order process using your Amazon account. Billing takes place either via credit card, debit card or direct debit.
Apple Pay is a payment system of the US company Apple for in-house mobile devices. Billing takes place via our payment service provider "Mollie".
By choosing "Nachnahme" as payment option DHL DHL will collect the total amount in cash at delivery. This service is only available in Germany and costs a service fee of 9,90 EUR + 2 EUR forwarding fee. Orders with this payment option can be shipped immediately after ordering.
For companies (subject to a postitive credit check) and public institutions ordering on account is possible. All orders are beeing manually checked and approved within minutes inside our business hours.
